At Dove Investments, we’re excited about 2025! During our annual January kickoff, we unveiled this year’s annual theme: **Growing in Hope**. Here’s what it means for the Dove Family:

Throughout the year, we’ll explore ‘BIG’ questions like: What is hope? How does the Bible define it differently from today’s culture? Why is hope significant? How does hope shape our daily lives as Christ-followers? And how can we sustain hope amidst life’s uncertainties?

To start, let’s consider the first question: **What is hope?** In today’s culture, hope often implies wishful thinking. In Scripture, however, hope reflects trust and expectant waiting. The Old Testament emphasizes reliance on God, while the New Testament focuses on hope in Jesus.

‘That is why we labor and strive because we have put our **hope** in the living God.’ 1 Timothy 4:10

Biblical hope isn’t wishful – it’s a confident expectation rooted in faith that God, through Christ, meets our needs now and forever. This hope transforms how we approach life.

Let’s stop there for now, but we encourage you to reflect for a few minutes on this question – **Where in my life do others see confidence that God will meet all my needs?**
