Thomas R. Graffeo

CFP®, CIMA, LPL Registered Principal, Financial Advisor

Tom Graffeo is the founder and principal of Dove Investment Research & Management, where his work is guided by a simple promise: faith in every answer. For more than four decades, Tom has helped individuals, families, and business owners navigate financial decisions with clarity, conviction, and a disciplined approach rooted in both values and evidence.

A seasoned advisor with over 40 years of industry experience, Tom is among the rare professionals who hold both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation and the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) credential, earned through advanced study at The College of Financial Planning and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. This dual expertise places him in an elite tier of advisors nationally and forms the backbone of his specialty: institutional-grade portfolio management for private clients on Main Street, not just Wall Street.

Before founding Dove Investments in 2009, Tom served as a Vice President at AllianceBernstein and ING Group, advising financial professionals and high-net-worth clients on investment strategy, risk management, and planning frameworks. His experience across market cycles informs a disciplined, research-driven approach that helps clients stay grounded through uncertainty and focused on long-term outcomes.

At Dove Investments, our philosophy is built on the belief that financial guidance should be both faith-based and personal. Tom's deep portfolio-management expertise creates a distinctive advisory experience that blends human understanding with analytical rigor.

Tom is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Investment Management Consultants Association. He is actively involved in Strong Tower Ministries, supporting outreach programs for disadvantaged children in Orange County and Baja California.

Tyler Graffeo

CFP®, Financial Advisor

Tyler Graffeo, CFP® is a financial advisor at Dove Investment Research & Management who focuses on helping individuals and families bring clarity and structure to their financial lives. Tyler's work centers on building goal-based financial plans and implementing disciplined investment strategies designed to support long-term decision-making through changing markets and life transitions.

Tyler became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional after completing the CFP® certification process in 2025, including the required education and comprehensive exam. He brings a process-driven approach to planning and portfolio implementation, helping clients translate complex topics like retirement planning, tax-aware decisions, and cash flow structure into clear, actionable next steps.

Tyler graduated from Baylor University, Magna Cum Laude, with a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems and held leadership roles in his business fraternity. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Willow, learning about new technology, and loves trying new food.

Rob DeKlotz

Business Development Associate

Rob's focus on the Dove Investment Research & Management team is on leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, business development and serving as a resource to our clients in kingdom perspective and generosity.

Rob has a proven track record of leadership, with more than 35 years of as an organizational leader with several dynamic and growing organizations in Orange County. As an executive team member at Mariners Church and Saddleback Church and COO at Operation Snap Dragon, he has successfully built highly effective teams, maximized people and resources for growth and developed new partnerships focused on collaboration and synergy.

Rob has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 44 years. They support the JESUS Film Project, Jordanian Evangelical Seminary (JETS), EQUIP, R180, and The Finishing Fund.

Jessica Holland

Administrative Associate

Jessica works with Dove Investment Research & Management as an Administrative Associate, helping our SmartVestor Pro prospects navigate the selection of a SmartVestor Pro. Jessica is a graduate of California Polytechnic University at Pomona, where she received All-American honors playing basketball for the Broncos. After college, Jessica worked in daytime television as an Associate Producer for Paramount and Fox Studios. She has held many key volunteer positions in the community with sports, school and church, while raising her family.

Jessica and her husband, Tom, are the proud parents of five children.

Pattie McClure

Operations Associate

Pattie McClure works with Dove Investment Research & Management as a non-licensed Operations Associate, where she helps oversee many day-to-day operations. Equipped with years of experience in a fast-paced office environment, Pattie brings valuable expertise to the team.

Outside of work, she is a proud mother of four grown children and three grandchildren. Pattie has also been an active volunteer over the years, contributing her time and leadership in church, school, scouting, and youth sports. Pattie looks forward to serving you.

Maeve Kulpa

Operations Associate

Maeve works with the Dove Investments & Research Team as our Operations Associate. She brings additional energy, experience, and dedicated support to our growing team. Working closely with Tom and Tyler, Maeve will play an important role in helping us provide the personal attention, responsiveness, and exceptional service our clients deserve.

Maeve graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Francisco State University, where she studied Business Marketing and Broadcast Communications. She spent nearly six years working at television news stations throughout California, gaining valuable experience in fast-paced environments where communication, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork are essential. She brings these skills, along with a genuine desire to serve others, to her new role at Dove Investments.

Outside the office, Maeve enjoys spending time with family, getting lost in a good book, and discovering her next favorite coffee spot. She appreciates life's simple pleasures and the relationships that make each day meaningful.
